KASHTI-21 A Journey Towards Excellence is an Annual Management festival of Raisoni Group of Institution Amravati. This management festival aims at providing budding managers with a platform to test and portray managerial skills in front of esteemed industry personnel. It also teaches the character of being fair and cherishes the spirit of Competition. Various management concept-related events are conducted which test their knowledge domain in Human Resource, Finance, Operations, Strategic Planning, Decision making, and other management concepts.

Ad Mad Show–

Details, Rules and Regulations:

This event is organized to test the creativity and marketing skills of the participants.

Participants will be given a product on 13th October 2021 at 10 am.
1 min video advertisement must be made and submitted to the Event Coordinator till 13th October 2021 by 5.00 pm.
Results will be declared on 15th October at 5.00 pm. 11 best advertisements will be shortlisted for Final Round which will be conducted on 17/10/2021.
Another product for advertisement will be given on 16th October at 10.00 am, which will be only for the 11 finalists.
All 11 finalists must prepare an advertisement of maximum 2 minutes and perform it live on 17th October 2021 at the time of the final event.
The Judge’s Decision will be final and binding to all participants.

Business Plan:

Details, Rules, and Regulations:

This event is organized to test the Entrepreneurship Skills of the participants.

All the participants must submit their Business Plans in PDF format to the event co-ordinator by 13th October 2021 by 5.00 P.M.
The structure of the Business Plan to be submitted in PDF format only is as follows:
1. Executive Summary
2. Company Description
3. Market Analysis
4. Organization and Management
5. Marketing and Sales
6. Funding request
7. Financial Projections
8. Appendix

The result will be declared on 15th October 2021 at 5.00 pm and the 11 best business plans will be selected for the finals to be conducted on 17th October 2021.
In the final event on 17th October 2021 all 11 shortlisted finalist candidates must give PowerPoint Presentation on their business plan, which Judge will evaluate on 17th October 2021.
The presentation has a maximum duration of 7 mins.
The Judge’s Decision will be final and binding to all participants.

Carpe Diem

Details, Rules, and Regulations:

This event is organized to test the Interview Skills & Industry Readiness of the participants.

An Aptitude Test of all the participants will be conducted on 13th October 2021 at 10.00 am
The Aptitude test will be conducted through Google forms; it will consist of 15 MCQ for 30 Marks.
The participant is also supposed to compulsorily upload their Resume at the time of submission of the test.
11 Finalists will be selected based on the result of the Aptitude Test and, these 11 finalists will appear for a final interview on 17th October 2021.
The Judge’s Decision will be final and binding to all participants.

Case Study

Details, Rules, and Regulations:

This event is organized to test the Problem Solving & Decision Making of the participants.

The shortlisting of 11 Finalists will be done through the MCQ test about Case Studies, which will be conducted on 13th October 2021 at 10.00 am through Google Forms.
The MCQ test will have ten questions of 5 marks each.
Results of 11 Finalists will be declared on 15th October 2021 at 5.00 pm.
Eleven candidates will be given cases on 16th October 2021 at 10.00 am.
Eleven candidates will be presenting the cases in a PPT format on 17th October 2021.
The Judge’s Decision will be final and binding to all participants.

Personality Contest

Details, Rules, and Regulations:

This event is organized to test the Problem Solving & Decision Making of the participants.

The shortlisting of 11 Finalists will be done through essay writing on the topic Why I Love Myself?
All the participants must submit this essay in the form of a PDF file to the Event Coordinator by 13th October 2021 by 5.00 pm.
The essay should be of a minimum of 100 words and a maximum of 200 words.
Results of 11 Finalists will be declared on 15th October 2021 at 5.00 pm.
11 Final candidates will appear on 17th October 2021, where they will be judged by the Judge in 3 rounds.
The Judge’s Decision will be final and binding to all participants.
